Trainig "Effective Telephone Communication"

At the beginning of the autumn season, the Unique Estates team organized a training "Effective Telephone Communication". It is practical and specially developed for our company and with the relevant experience of the coaches we get good ideas for approaches to communication with clients by phone. The training took place at the Polygraphia Office Center, opened this summer. We commented on practical case studies and ways to improve our knowledge and skills to get excellent results. We discussed how to engage the client and what kind of motivation to use. Leading speakers were Tsvetan Angelov and Luchezara Vutkova - experts from Forteam, ready to share and support us in the process of our professional development.
