Vili Hristov – A New Addition to the Sales Team of Unique Estates

The team of Unique Estates | Christie’s International Real Estate continues to grow with professionals bringing diverse experience and strong business acumen. We are pleased to welcome Vili Hristov, who joins the company as a consultant in the team of Ilonka Stoyanova, Senior Partner.

Vili holds a Bachelor’s degree in Programming and a Master’s degree in Business Management – a combination that has shaped his analytical approach, strategic thinking, and adaptability in his professional work. He has over 10 years of experience in sales, with his professional journey spanning various business environments – including the automotive sector and the development of his own project in the fast-food industry. This diverse experience has helped him build an entrepreneurial mindset, strong decision-making skills, and the confidence to take on new challenges.

Over the past nearly three years, Vili has been actively developing in the premium real estate segment, where he has found an opportunity to combine his business-oriented mindset with work based on trust, long-term relationships, and real added value for clients.

He describes himself as communicative, organized, and someone who listens with understanding. He is goal-oriented and believes that sustainable results come through consistency, professionalism, and a strong desire for development. He enjoys setting high goals, challenging himself, and continuously striving to reach the next level both professionally and personally.

In his work, he focuses not only on meeting client expectations but also on exceeding them through clear communication, integrity, and attention to detail. According to him, a successful consultant must combine market knowledge, flexibility, and the ability to truly understand the client’s needs in order to offer a solution with long-term value.

Alongside his consulting activity, over the past year Vili has also developed an interest in the investment side of real estate, engaging in property flipping with a focus on high-end furnishing and the overall improvement of the environment and functionality of spaces.
