Vera Tinkova – new consultant at Unique Estates

Unique Estates | Christie’s International Real Estate' team continues to grow with the addition of another outstanding professional. We are delighted to welcome Vera Tinkova, who joins the company as a consultant and becomes part of the team led by Evelina Kostakeva, Partner and Team Manager at Unique Estates | Christie’s International Real Estate.

Vera holds a degree in Advertising from New Bulgarian University in Sofia. Her professional journey spans more than 21 years of active involvement in creating and developing successful businesses and brands, established both in Bulgaria and on international markets.

She began her career as Managing Director of one of the leading fashion agencies in Bulgaria, where she was responsible for managing models and competitions in Bulgaria and abroad, as well as working closely with clients and the media. She later founded her own advertising agency and worked extensively in professional event management. The next stage of her career was connected with establishing an Argentine tango studio and organizing international festivals in Bulgaria for five years. Subsequently, she launched an innovative food startup, which she developed and successfully exited through a sale.

The common thread throughout all these professional stages is working with people, premium products, international markets, and clients—values and an environment that naturally led her toward the premium real estate sector.

Her decision to continue her professional path at Unique Estates | Christie’s International Real Estate is driven by her desire to apply her accumulated experience, leadership skills, and extensive network of contacts in a field that requires teamwork, high-level client service, a strong sense of aesthetics, and the delivery of premium products and services—a philosophy that fully aligns with that of the company.

Vera views her new role as a natural stage in her development—an opportunity for change, a fresh start, and a renewed surge of energy that comes approximately every ten years in her career. As an active, curious, and highly motivated professional, she will rely on her excellent communication skills, long-established trust with clients and partners, high adaptability, creativity, and a positive mindset.

She has completed a specialized course in raw cuisine and its professional application at the academy of Chef Matthew Kenney in the USA, as well as training in vegan cuisine, sports nutrition, and more. Her interests also include epigenetics, transpersonal psychology, esotericism, and meditation.
