On October 10 and 11, 2025, the International Conference Realto Group 2025 took place at Sofia Event Center – the largest forum in Bulgaria dedicated to real estate, investment, and business development. The event brought together nearly 700 professionals from the Group’s companies and guest speakers from Bulgaria and abroad for two days devoted to knowledge, innovation, and inspiration.
The first day of the International Conference Realto Group 2025 was dedicated to the people behind the Group’s success – the teams of Realto Group and AG Capital. It was a day that celebrated the strength of the community, the scale of achievements, and the shared vision for the future. With inspiring energy and a strong sense of belonging, participants were reminded that collective experience, partnership, and a drive for growth lie at the foundation of the Group’s sustainable progress.
The conference was officially opened by Yordan Angelov, CEO of Realto Group, who welcomed the guests. He emphasized the importance of collaboration and the exchange of experience between the companies within the Group – as the basis for growth, trust, and market leadership. A welcoming speech was also given by Hristo Iliev, Founder of Realto Group and CEO of AG Capital, who shared that the Group’s success is built upon teamwork, trust, and a shared vision.
The first day began with the Realto Referendum – an open debate featuring executive directors and brokers from the companies, with representatives from Unique Estates I Christie’s International Real Estate (Svetoslava Georgieva and Elena Hadzhiteneva), New Estates (Krasimir Dzhambazov and Ina Simeonova), Imoteka (Yavor Peychev and Plamena Kissyova), Address (Gergana Tenekedjieva and Ivan Minchev), Forton Homes (Yavor Kostov and Ivan Hadzhikirov), and Savoir | Unique Estates (Eva Bogotlieva and Anna Tonova). The discussion was moderated by Pepy Dimitrova, Managing Partner at BOpartners.
In the panel “Bring a Star”, Yavor Peychev, Executive Director of Imoteka, presented the debut referral program within the Group. Together with participants Ina Marinova, Ivan Kozarov, Sofia Petrova, and Nikolay Dinov, they agreed that personal recommendation is the strongest tool for building a team – when new colleagues join through referrals, it reflects trust, recognition, and a strong corporate culture.
Todor Velev unveiled the innovations and improvements in the new administrative platform, Kosher. He emphasized that the system was designed to streamline brokers’ daily work, automate administrative processes, and ensure faster, more convenient, and more secure service for both employees and clients.
Participants were also inspired by the presentation of Diana Efremova – “Realto Success”, which included real-life examples and stories from professional practice. Her message about perseverance, focus, and personal responsibility motivated attendees to pursue growth and development in every aspect of their work.
The second day of the conference offered a rich program covering topics related to the future of the real estate market. Participants discussed expert analyses and held panels focused on the economic outlook for 2026, digitalization and technological innovation in the sector, sustainable investment, and the role of leadership in the new business reality.
The forum featured discussions on collaboration between the financial and technology sectors, leadership in a dynamic market environment, and the importance of sustainable business solutions. Participants shared best practices and visions for the development of the market in the years ahead. A strong emphasis was placed on technology – from digital process management tools to the growing importance of artificial intelligence in data analytics and customer behavior insights.
The panel dedicated to international trends and global market opportunities attracted great interest from the audience. Experts from Bulgaria, Greece, Romania, Mauritius, and Dubai outlined the stable attractiveness of the Southeast European region, as well as the growing interest of Bulgarian clients in investing abroad. By special invitation from Unique Estates I Christie’s International Real Estate, the exclusive representative of Christie’s International Real Estate in Bulgaria, the event welcomed Helena Moyas de Forton – Executive Director and Head of EMEA and Asia-Pacific at Christie’s International Real Estate, the world’s leading luxury property brand.
An emotional highlight of the conference was the panel “The Invisible Power of Dreams”, moderated by Pepy Dimitrova, Managing Partner at BOpartners, featuring Victor Asenov – the only visually impaired ultramarathon runner in Bulgaria and one of the few in the world. His story inspired everyone with the strength of his spirit, proving that no peak is unattainable.
One of the most anticipated speakers at the International Conference Realto Group was Tom Panos – internationally renowned coach, trainer, and founder of The Real Estate Gym. In his masterclass, he shared concrete strategies for boosting personal productivity and professional resilience. His energetic style, practical advice, and inspiring stories left a lasting impression on all attendees. The Australian expert emphasized that success in the real estate business today is built not only on knowledge but also on discipline, authenticity, and human connection – qualities that distinguish true professionals.
The panel “The Price of Leadership” explored inspiring examples from experts who demonstrated that long-term success comes from consistency, trust, and shared values.
The panel “The Digital Future is the Digital Present” focused on the importance of technological solutions and digital transformation as key drivers of efficiency and competitiveness across industries.
At the end of the event, a raffle drew several lucky winners who received exclusive prizes: a 7-day trip for two from Luxutour, a round-trip business-class ticket from flydubai, three smartphones and accessories from Motorola, and a one-month driving experience with a Hyundai car.
