Ivanichka Varbanova joins the Unique Estates team

We are pleased to welcome Ivanichka Varbanova – a new Consultant in the team of Ilonka Stoyanova, Senior Partner and Manager, with Iva Beka, Senior Consultant, as her mentor.

Ivanichka graduated from the National Academy of Arts in Sofia. Early in her professional journey, she focused on art restoration, working on the restoration of paintings and works of art in the Netherlands. During this period, her path also brought her into contact with the Christie’s auction house in London, in the context of working with art and valuable pieces.

She has lived in both the Netherlands and Belgium, and after returning to Bulgaria, she gained further experience in the restaurant industry. She was involved in organizing tastings, events, as well as sponsoring various artists – roles that further shaped her strong sense of aesthetics, detail, and experience. She is fluent in English, French, Spanish, Polish, Russian, and Dutch.

Those who work with her describe her as a natural aesthete – with a strong sense of style and attention to detail. Among her most valuable qualities are her positive attitude and her natural ability to understand client needs.

Ivanichka starts her day early with long walks – a habit that reflects her discipline, energy, and pursuit of balance. She believes that a good life should be inspiring and should connect you with people who share a similar worldview – people who encourage you to move forward.
