Unique Estates | Christie’s International Real Estate celebrated the renewal of its partnership with the prestigious family of the global luxury real estate brand Christie's International Real Estate with a sophisticated evening reception on November 20, 2024. The elegant event on the occasion of Unique Estates becoming the official representative of the brand for Bulgaria was held in an incomparable location of its kind, one of the most emblematic and beautiful buildings and monuments of culture in the capital.

Christie's International Real Estate Bulgaria chose the Rectorate of Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, an architectural masterpiece and proud symbol of education and culture in Bulgaria. Built in 1934 with the generous donation of Hristo and Evlogi Georgievi, the building showcases elegant Baroque and Renaissance elements. Designed by French architect Henri Bréasson and completed by Yordan Milanov, it blends style and scale uniquely. Despite damage during WWII bombings, the carefully restored Rectorate remains a majestic emblem of knowledge, culture, art, and tradition.

Official guests, clients, partners, friends and the company's team immersed themselves in the inspiring atmosphere of the transformed historical space and enjoyed an official program with greetings from Vesela Ilieva, Managing Partner of Unique Estates | Christie’s International Real Estate, Helena Moyas de Forton, Managing director, Head of EMEA & APAC at Christie’s International Real Estate, as well as magnificent musical opera performances and Bulgarian folklore classics by the Cosmic Voices choir and Krista, arranged by opera prima Mila Mihova. The company announced its participation in a project in support of Bulgarian folklore and Bulgarian opera art with specially crafted arrangements, creating a unique harmony and sound. The host of the event was Niki Kanchev.

A special partner of the event with a sophisticated wine and alcohol selection was BNK Wines – a leading importer of premium French and Italian wines and champagne.
