Unique Estates is constantly improving and expanding its team of professionals. Introducing Mila Zourleva and Irina Dimitrova - the new charming ladies in the team of Galina Grudova, senior partner, team manager and associate at Unique Estates.
Mila Zurleva has over 10 years of experience in the field of commerce and real estate. She holds a BA in Business Administration from the American University Paris, France and an MA in Global Marketing from the Business School Lausanne, Switzerland. Driven by her desire to keep upgrading herself as a professional, she is currently continuing her education with a second master's program in "Business Administration, majoring in senior management" at UNWE, Sofia.
Mila accepts with pleasure and enthusiasm Galina Grudova's invitation to join the Unique Estates team. It is an honor for her to work for the company leader in the field, with professionals who have proven themselves to be the best on the market. She is impressed by the organization and level of training of her new colleagues. Mila is grateful for the warm welcome to the team and the opportunity to continue her career development at Unique Estates. In the profession, she values most the dynamics and the opportunity to manage her time. She loves her job and believes that her extensive experience, training, sales and communication skills will help her continue to be successful in the real estate industry. It is her mission to satisfy customers in every deal and find them their dream home.
Mila spends her free time with her family and friends. She likes to travel to exotic places and in the winter time - to go skiing.
Irina Dimitrova holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from Paisii Hilendarski University of Plovdiv. She has many years of experience in the field of commerce and services, holding management positions in various companies in Bulgaria. She's recently started her own business in the field of "green" energy.
The profession of a consultant attracts her with its dynamics and the opportunity to meet interesting people and cases every day. With a developed sense of aesthetics, Irina appreciates the opportunity to work for a company that defines the standards of luxury in real estate in our country. She is happy that at Unique Estates she can learn from the best experts on the market. Radiant and communicative, she believes that in order to be successful in the profession, she must understand the needs of each client, with a personal approach and a personal attitude to each situation.
Irina likes to spend her free time with friends, in nature and doing sports. Her other passions are books and travelling, which allow her to get to know different places and cultures around the world.
