Vasilena Georgieva – a new consultant in the company’s team

We present Vasilena Georgieva – a new consultant in the Unique Estates team. She joins the most awarded and successful team in the company – that of Galina Grudova, Partner, Senior Partner and Manager, with the support of her mentor Elena Hadzhiteneva, Senior Consultant and Team Leader.

Vasilena is a lawyer with over 10 years of experience in the profession, gained in both the public and private sectors. She graduated in Law from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” and while still studying she started working in the field – initially with a private bailiff, and later in a law firm, in construction companies and in municipal structures. Her work on various cases, with legal documents and administrative processes has built her as a professional with precision, attention to detail and responsibility – qualities that she brings with her to her new field today.

Attracted by the dynamics and human aspect of the profession of a real estate consultant, Vasilena sees this role as a natural continuation of her professional path. Her experience with property documents and cases, as well as her desire to be useful and bring satisfaction to clients, directed her to Unique Estates – a company she chose because of its high standards, proven professionalism and inspiring work environment. She shares that the team she is already a part of welcomes her with a lot of warmth, motivation and willingness to share experience – something for which she is sincerely grateful. She believes that with the help of her mentor and thanks to her personal qualities, she will be able to quickly develop and achieve success in her new role.

For Vasilena, it is important for a person to be responsible – to the team, to colleagues, to herself and to her reputation. She values the opportunity to build long-term relationships in the professional environment, to develop as a person and to upgrade her skills. Her motivation and drive for constant growth are also leading in her personal life – she loves to read, learn new things, and be an interesting and inspiring person. Among her favorite activities are mountain hiking, skiing, and reading Roman history.
