Finale of the first Unique Estates' Management Academy

The first ever Unique Estates' and New Estates' Management Academy, which started in June 2022 and ran for six months, concluded with an official closing module and award ceremony.

The training was divided into 8 modules, addressing different aspects of each leader's personality formation: "Self-awareness and emotional intelligence", "The role of manager", "Prioritization and time management", "Team experience", "Facilitating team meetings", "Team building and management", "Conflict management" and "Performance management". During the final event, each of the graduates presented a development and presentation about the overall training on the subject.

10 of the experienced and ambitious members of the Unique Estates and New Estates team took part in the management academy, building on leadership and management qualities - Alten Alieva, Gabriela Bogdanina, Dora Keremedchieva, Elena Hadjiteneva, Eliza Petrova, Kalina Boyadzhieva, Krasimir Dzhambazov, Marina Lyudmilova, Milena Todorova and Nikolay Stavrev. All of them successfully passed the new career challenge and were awarded with certificates.

Three of them were also awarded with special certificates for impressive performance. Alten Alieva received the award for "Leader with the most inspiring style and class", Nikolay Stavrev received a certificate for "Most Purposeful Manager", and Dora Keremedchieva won the "Award for overall performance - Unique Manager 2022".
