With the arrival of 2026, Dubai is establishing itself as a global hub for high-end travel and investment. The new hotels and residences offer exceptional luxury, innovative services, and prestigious addresses in the heart of the city, combining culture, architecture, and modern amenities.
Soaring 303 meters within the architectural masterpiece Wasl Tower, Mandarin Oriental Downtown features 259 elegant rooms, 224 private residences, and 10 exquisite dining venues, including Yù & Mì, Chitarra, and Noia by the Pool. Panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf and Dubai skyline, a rooftop helipad, and stunning interiors define the stay as a new standard for contemporary luxury. The wellness area and outdoor pools combine relaxation, fitness, and comfort, while the brand’s first residential project – The Residences at Mandarin Oriental Downtown – will complement the hotel in 2026.
Rising 377 meters, Ciel Dubai Marina, Vignette Collection will become the tallest hotel in the world, with 1,004 rooms across 82 floors. The hotel will feature a rooftop infinity pool and bar, a 360-degree observation deck, and the Tattu Sky Pool and Sky Lounge restaurants, set to establish new world records. The spa on the 61st floor, modern fitness facilities, and complimentary transfers to Soluna Beach Club on Palm Jumeirah ensure a complete guest experience.
The legendary New York hotel The Carlyle is expanding beyond the U.S. with The Carlyle Residences in DIFC. Forty ultra-luxury apartments with two to five bedrooms will bring the brand’s renowned hospitality to private residences with stunning skyline views. The project includes an infinity pool, fitness studio, and private dining room. While prices have not yet been announced, the residences are already attracting the attention of the city’s most discerning buyers.
With these projects, Dubai reinforces its reputation as a city where luxury, innovation, and a high standard of living converge, offering new opportunities for both stays and investments.
