Unique Estates - part of "THE BIG TABLE" in Sofia

On August 23, 2025, the central Sofia street Exarch Joseph was full with the spirit of togetherness, culture, and festivity. The third edition of this year’s “THE BIG TABLE” brought together hundreds of city residents in a unique experience dedicated to the theme “First Friends.”

For Unique Estates | Christie's International Real Estate, it was an honor to once again be part of this cultural event. The inspiring event transformed the street into a kind of neighborhood courtyard, filled with laughter, children’s games, live music, artistic performances, and not least – the impressive 60-meter-long festive table, which has become emblematic of the celebration. More colorful and more delicious than ever, “THE BIG TABLE” proved that when people share food, stories, and good cheer, the boundaries between neighbors and strangers disappear, giving way to genuine friendships.

Throughout the day, guests enjoyed a rich program – from street performers and culinary delights to creative workshops, games, and musical performances. The aristocratic streets of the Oborishte district revealed their unique charm and proved that this neighborhood is not only an architectural jewel but also a vibrant cultural space where art, style, and community meet in the most natural way.
