An initiative of world-renowned soprano Sonya Yoncheva and her production company SY11 Events, the gala evenings will transform Sofia’s iconic square into a stage of musical magic and emotion.

On August 28, the audience will have the privilege to enjoy an Italian Night featuring Sonya Yoncheva and the outstanding Italian tenor Vittorio Grigolo – one of the brightest stars of the contemporary opera scene. The program will include passionate arias, duets, and beloved Italian melodies, performed with virtuosity and flair.

On August 29, a historic event will take place – Plácido Domingo and José Carreras, two of the legendary Three Tenors, will perform together on a Bulgarian stage for the very first time, joined by Sonya Yoncheva. This grand concert will mark 35 years since the creation of the most iconic opera trio of all time, promising a night that will remain unforgettable for all who attend. Both evenings will be accompanied by the Sofia Philharmonic Orchestra, conducted by maestro Nayden Todorov, ensuring an even more powerful and immersive experience.
