Casino Royale Gala Dinner of Unique Estates and New Estates

With an elegant and glamorous Casino Royale gala dinner, the 18th Annual Awards of Unique Estates | Christie's International Real Estate and New Estates took place. The companies honored their top-performing employees who achieved the highest and most impressive results in the luxury real estate and new development segments throughout 2024.

The grand event was held on February 25 in Sofia, where the entire team, along with special guests from Bulgaria and Dubai, immersed themselves in a themed spectacle inspired by the James Bond films. Guests enjoyed a sophisticated awards ceremony and set a strong start toward achieving new ambitious goals for 2025. Taking on the role of James Bond was the renowned actor and producer Stefan Shterev, joined on stage by his co-hosts and Bond girls – Emanuela Basheva and Alexandra Dyankova from the companies' teams.

The red carpet, the themed Casino Royale dress code, the red-and-black casino hall, the grand stage, special photo corners, musical and dance performances, lucky chips, casino games, champagne toasts, as well as numerous surprises and gifts for the guests, all contributed to an unforgettable evening filled with incredible energy and smiles.
