Emilia Demerdzhieva - a new addition of Unique Estates

Emilia has a bachelor's degree in "Macroeconomics", majoring in "Marketing" and a master's degree in "Business Administration" from UNWE, Sofia. Subsequently, she specialized in "Fashion buying and merchandising" at the University of the Arts London. She has been living in Great Britain for 13 years. Emilia has over 6 years of experience working for big international companies operating in the field of fashion and trade, both in Bulgaria and abroad.

Two years ago, she returned to her native country with her family and decided to rethink her professional development. She recently turned to the profession of real estate consultant as an activity that she believes fully suits her dynamic temperament and desire for career development. After researching the market in Bulgaria, she was attracted by the possibility of realization in Realto Group and AG Capital, as established leading structures that set standards in the real estate sector in our country. She chooses Unique Estates as the company that best suits her personality and career development aspirations. In order to be successful in the profession, she believes that, in addition to good training, she must have the right approach in communicating with people, delve deeply into various cases and achieve the best results for her clients. Emilia is a certified spinning instructor. In her free time, she trains and teaches, accepting sports and a healthy lifestyle as extremely important for every person. She reads literature related to personal development, striving to constantly upgrade herself as a person and a professional. She likes to spend time with her children and family.
