To live in the crystal clear air at the foot of the Rila Mountains, 960 m above sea level. To be near the Iskar River and the mineral springs of Belchin Bani, ten kilometres from the Borovets resort and less than an hour's drive to Sofia. To have panoramic mountain views, eco trails and hiking routes and at the same time to have all the necessary modern urban amenities.
This is only part of the overall concept of the large-scale new complex "SamElyon", whose construction in the greenest part of the town of Samokov will be completed by the end of the year. The project is subordinated to the idea of a healthy life close to nature, with all buildings and facilities in it built in harmony with the surrounding architecture. The thirty-six single-family houses for sale are offered in a high degree of completion - they are gasified and equipped with heating installations, lighting systems, "smart home" capabilities and voice data and video signal transmission.
"The main idea was to unite areas and buildings with different functions into a unified whole without disturbing the feeling of inhabiting a park environment," says Arch. Lyubomir Stanislavov from S Architectural Team. Built according to this plan, SamElyon has ample parking and pedestrian walkways, with a modern public area located in the northern part of the property, at a suitable distance from the quiet residential area. There are shops, a children's centre, restaurants with own-produced products, a large sports and recreation complex with a hall for 3,000 people, a hotel with a conference and sports centre, and various spaces for spa treatments, workouts, rest and health. And something else that makes SamElyon different from other new generation concept complexes - residents and guests will be able to take advantage of the services of a specialized medical centre that will offer functional diagnostics and rehabilitation. A multi-purpose hall will attract major events to the region, making the purchase of a house in the complex a good opportunity for a long-term investment as well. The investor of the project is "Samel-90" JSC - one of the largest employers and manufacturers in the Municipality of Samokov. For its large-scale initiative in 2022 Eng. Petar Georgiev, Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of Samel-90 AD and Chairman of the Board of Directors of SamElyon AD, was awarded the "Investor in Municipality" prize by the National Association of Municipalities in the Republic of Bulgaria, and the SamElion complex was recognized as an example of a socially significant project for the whole country.
