The winery is fully equipped with modern technology, including stainless-steel tanks of various capacities, a grape press, destemmer, crusher, filtration systems, bottling and labelling lines, as well as 60 French oak barrels.

The estate already features a fully operational restaurant with seating for approximately 70 guests, complemented by a spacious terrace with the same capacity and an outdoor area surrounding the fountain that can accommodate a further 80 guests. Inspired by both local traditions and Mediterranean cuisine, the culinary concept provides the perfect setting for wine tastings, themed dining experiences and open-air events.

The estate's gastro bar invites visitors to sample and purchase its wines while enjoying regional delicacies, artisanal cheeses, freshly baked pizzas and baguettes, as well as locally sourced farm products and wine-inspired souvenirs.
