Ivaylo Ganchev

Before joining the New Estates team in 2024, Ivaylo gained his professional experience with a three-year tenure in the administrative department of a law firm in Sofia. Concurrently, for four years, Ivaylo developed his own successful business in the field of online commerce. His career path then continued at a large Bulgarian company operating in the pharmaceutical and food industry sectors, primarily selling on the international market. After two years, he moved on to a British company that specializes in data processing and statistics. Subsequently, he decided to pursue a career as a real estate consultant, working for an agency in Sofia for six months.

This career shift was based on his education and long-standing interest in real estate and building construction. He cites his strengths as well-developed sales skills, analytical thinking, adaptability, proper approach, and active communication with people. He believes these skills will bring him success as a real estate broker.

In his work with clients, it is most important for him to be open and honest in his communication, to deeply understand their needs, and to offer them the most suitable property under the best conditions, ensuring their complete satisfaction with their collaboration.

Ivaylo spends much of his free time with his family. He enjoys active sports and reading literature on topics such as "Psychology" and "Personal Development."
