The hotel has five residential floors, a ground floor and a basement

Basement: private party room - 30 seats, storage, kitchen, staff room, toilets, subscriber station

Ground floor: reception, restaurant with 40 seats, which leads to a winter garden with 15-20 seats with a retractable roof and glass panels.

There are three rooms on each floor.

There are a total of 9 rooms on the first, second and third floors.

On the 4th and 5th floor is a maisonette with two bedrooms, each with a bathroom, living room and kitchen. Two large terraces on each level.
