Kladnitsa area is located on the southern slope of Vitosha Mountain and is an extremely sunny, ecological and easily accessible place. Due to the beauty of nature, the healthy climate caused by the surrounding deciduous and coniferous forests and the two rivers passing through and past the village, Kladnitsa attracts more and more visitors and hikers who leave from here or return from the various routes around Vitosha. Lozen has the status of a village, located in the Pancharevo region, 18 km southeast of Sofia. It is located in the foothills of the Lozen mountain, among the highest economically developed parts. It also covers part of the newly built residential area around the "Kambanite" park-complex at the foot of Vitosha, where the base of the Anglo-American School was built. "Mladost", "Tsarigradsko shose", Sofia Airport, the town of Samokov and the Borovets resort. The national rowing base is also located here. The beautiful nature, the healthy climate, the presence of water areas and mineral springs are the main factors for choosing the location for a new home for many of the residents of Sofia and the province.
