Behind a green fence is emerging the silhouette of an elegant house - the home of Iveta and Philip Filipovi. Modern, with clean lines and bright spaces, it fully describes its owners - a young, dynamic and extremely fascinating family. Both are dedicated to technology - Iveta is the creator of the application for yoga and healthy lifestyle and nutrition. 2 Health App, and Philip is vice president of SkyScanner - an international search engine for flights, hotels and rental cars. The company has over 1,000 employees and 11 offices around the world. The home we enter with pleasure can be found anywhere in the world, it seems cosmopolitan, capturing the coziness and practicality of the 21st century.
Before settling in Bulgaria, Philip and Ivrea lived in Singapore and London. In Singapore, they spend 10 months for Philip's magistrate at INSEAD. They then moved to London, where Philip started working on SkyScanner, and Iveta studied Curating the Modern at London Metropolitan University. "After opening SkyScanner's office in Sofia, we decided to come back here and create a family," says Philip, while the third member of the family, 9-month-old Nicholas, sleeps in a garden that seems to be isolated from any noise.
The three of them live in this lovely home from October last year. Iveta says that this is Philip's dream - for quite a while he has been searching for his ideal house. "We've moved so many times, so many apartments have been up and running and we've been tired. I told him, "If you find the perfect house, we just take it, I put there my shoes and that's it." Philip managed to find such a house," says Iveta with a smile. Philip added that they immediately recognized this home as their own. He is impressed by technology - everything is controlled by application, and Iveta likes the light, the space and the closet, of course. They made minor changes to the house. In a conversation with the former owner, Philip says that the only thing he misses is a Japanese sour cherry in the yard - Iveta and I love Japan very much, there was their honeymoon. When the former owner tells them that the tree in the garden is a Japanese cherry, they no longer have absolutely no doubt that the house under a project by arch. Atanas Panov was created for them.
Philip and Iveta are extremely pleased with their communication with Unique Estates consultant Marina Lyudmilova. "Marina is a great professional," says Philip. Iveta visited an Open House Day of another house where they had the opportunity to talk to Marina and discuss the parameters of the property they are looking for. "After 4-5 days, she had found some options for us, leaving this house for the last time. She was sure we would like it most. So it happened," says Philip. The home of the Filipovi family is very simple and practical, corresponds to all the requirements of a young and dynamic family like them. At the same time, toys and the wall of travel trips bring coziness and warmth. Together with the family, there are many books - stacked in beautiful libraries or open where it is nice and comfortable to read. Iveta and Philip feel great in this home, but they are well aware of the dynamics of the professional path they have chosen. "We are here so far, but no one knows how long. We are nomads. "
