POKER RUN 2025 with Unique Estates

On July 19, Unique Estates I Christie's International Real Estate was once again the exclusive partner of the spectacular yachting event POKER RUN. The seventh edition of the thrilling event turned into a day filled with yachts, high speeds, the sea, and unforgettable emotions.

As tradition goes, the event kicked off at Yacht Club Sozopol, home to the new summer office of Unique Estates I Christie's International Real Estate. Special guests, including owners and representatives of some of the largest yacht manufacturers in Europe, were warmly welcomed before setting off toward the first destination along the high-speed route of POKER RUN – Marina Dinevi in Sveti Vlas. After a refreshing cocktail, the guests continued to their next stop – Nessebar, where each yacht captain drew the next card in their poker "hand" directly on board. Upon returning to the shores of Sozopol, all guests enjoyed a delicious barbecue lunch. The maritime adventure concluded with an elegant gala dinner and a stylish musical program.

A distinguished guest of POKER RUN 2025 was Mr. Umberto Capelli, owner of one of the most prestigious luxury boat brands – Capelli. He was highly impressed by the cover of the new summer issue of Unique Estates Life Magazine, which features Capelli’s Stradivari 43, and gladly acknowledged the inseparable connection between luxury real estate, luxury yachts, and an exceptional lifestyle.
