The houses are fully furnished and equipped, ready for use. Every house has underfloor heating, air conditioners and fireplaces. All amenities for year-round use of the houses are provided. Each house has its own adjoining yard and swimming pool. The annual fee for maintenance and management in the complex is EUR 5,000 excluding VAT.
