Sofia's Tsarigradsko Shosse Boulevard is the longest in Bulgaria, stretching 11 kilometers. Located east of the city, it serves as a major transportation thoroughfare. Throughout its length, it passes over other boulevards and streets in the city, making it one of the fastest, most accessible, and preferred routes in the country. Numerous public transportation lines operate along the boulevard, connecting main points across the city. The boulevard connects to the Sofia Metro stations at Orlov Most and Inter Expo Center.
The boulevard is surrounded by some of the city's most prestigious neighborhoods, such as Yavorov, Iztok, Izgrev, and Geo Milev. These areas feature both well-preserved and renovated apartment buildings, as well as several new residential complexes. Quick connections are available to the Mladost district, Druzhba district, and the airport. Ahead, you will find Borisova Garden, Vrana Park-Museum, The Mall, and Sofia Tech Park. Nearby are sports halls and centers, museums, administrative buildings, educational institutions, shopping centers, hypermarkets, and business buildings.
Notable Bulgarian landmarks on the boulevard include the former Dimitar Blagoev Printing Complex/House, the Bulgarian Telegraph Agency, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Arena Sofia (formerly Arena Armeets), and the Universiade Hall.
A property around Tsarigradsko Shosse Boulevard is an excellent choice to be close to the city center and enjoy numerous urban amenities.
