Zaimov Park, located in the central part of the capital, is named after General Vladimir Zaimov. It is one of the best maintained and renovated parks and a favorite place for both young and old. The park was established in the 1950s and has undergone numerous renovations. It features beautiful sculptures, alleys, playgrounds, cafes, workshops, and a theater. Notably, it was the first park in Sofia to offer free Wi-Fi access.

The area surrounding the park combines the dynamic urban environment with the pleasant atmosphere of green spaces, attracting new residents. The architecture consists of older buildings, including preserved aristocratic houses, some modernized and equipped with additional amenities. Beyond the greenery, the area offers various entertainment and leisure options, such as restaurants, theaters, fitness clubs, art centers, shops, and more. Hospitals, educational institutions, embassies, cultural centers, daycare facilities, and beauty salons are nearby. The infrastructure is well-developed, with multiple public transport lines providing easy access to the city center and neighboring districts. A significant advantage is the "Teatralna" metro station on the third metro line, offering quick access to the southern part of the city, with plans to extend it eastwards/further east.
