About Region

Location

Manastirski livadi - East is located in the southern part of Sofia city at the foot of Vitosha mountain . The  quarter  borders with Bulgaria boulevard to the west, to the north - Todor Kableshkov Str., to the east with Krastova vada quarter, to the south it is connected with the Ring Road. These major transport links and convenient transportation, makes it very attractive and preferred area for buyers and investors. This is one of the newest and most dynamically developing regions of Sofia.

  Construction

Construction in the region is a combination of all new construction, typical for the last decade. Here, among the residential buildings typical during the 90's, are set small luxury blocks of flats with courtyards and gated complexes with restricted access, regular single-family houses with colored facades and small low-trimmed green lawns. The periphery of the neighborhood is constructed with impressive towering modern office buildings with supended facades and with all the extras that offers the luxurious new construction.

Infrastructure

The main transport road is Bulgaria blvd, which provides swift access to downtown and hence to any point in Sofia. Tram № 7 goes along Bulgaria blvd. which reaches the National Palace of Culture and the Central Station.

 

At present the infrastructure of the region isn't well-developed and it is still under construction. It is expected  that the infrastructure in Manastirski livadi will be better planned, more luxurious and attractive than other residential districts in the city as construction in the area involves more experience. Heating in the neighborhood is determined as the region is gasified.

 

While Manastirski livadi-East is finally built and many commercial properties are put into service, residents of the quarter use commercial complexes, shops and services shops, kindergartens, schools and others that are located in the neighboring districts Borovo, Buxton, Gotse Delchev. The quarter is near South Park where the residents can enjoy the greenery and peace.
