Unique Estates presents to your attention a gated complex with houses located among 100 acres of forest, just 25 minutes from the center of Sofia towards Plovdiv. The complex features only regular and detached houses and includes amenities such as a restaurant, shop, gym, spa, children's playground, recreation area, 24/7 technical security, concierge services, and more.
