7 July 2026, Sofia – Unique Estates | Christie’s International Real Estate, part of Realto Group and the official representative of Christie’s International Real Estate for Bulgaria, has been honored with the international Exemplary Brand Ambassador of the Year award during the annual Owners Summit 2026, held in Lisbon, Portugal, from 21 to 24 June 2026.

The distinction is part of the prestigious Gavel of Greatness Awards – Christie’s International Real Estate’s highest annual awards, presented to affiliates with the most significant contribution to the development of the international network, the strengthening of its reputation and the promotion of the values and standards of the global brand.

For the first time, a Bulgarian company has received this award, making the recognition not only a success for Unique Estates, but also an international acknowledgment of the development of Bulgaria’s luxury real estate market.
