Unique Estates | Christie’s International Real Estate successfully advised on the sale of Kambanite Green Offices, an established Class A office asset in Sofia. The transaction was valued at €17 million, excluding VAT, and was completed between the seller, Bulgarian Real Estate Fund REIT, and the buyer, E-Card Estates EOOD.

The transaction was handled by Stanislava Lefterova, Senior Consultant and Mentor, and Anita Kotova, Senior Consultant at Unique Estates | Christie’s International Real Estate.
