Elena Hadzhiteneva is one of the most successful brokers in Unique Estates. Only 6 months after joining the company, after numerous participations, she deservedly won the "Flying Start" award. One year later, she has 24 rental and 17 sales deals. Today she is more confident than ever, a proven trader and professional. We meet with her to share the path to success and what has made her one of the company's young talents.
What do you like most about becoming a luxury real estate broker and why did you decide to take on this challenge?
The profession attracted me with its dynamic character and meeting new people. This industry offers inexhaustible opportunities to develop yourself and especially your business skills.
What qualities do you think a successful trader should have?
The most significant quality of a successful consultant is empathy. The more developed it is, the more successful and easy it is to communicate with different clients. Concern helps to establish close and sincere relationships. An important quality for all traders is to have the courage to tell the truth to their customers. This is a key element in building long-term relationships. A good trader must be combinatorial, inventive and persistent.
What advice would you give to the new real estate agents?
My advice to any new colleague is to focus on the number of satisfied customers, not so much on the number of transactions. Satisfied customers lead exclusive customers, and they in turn are realized with 84% success.
What is Unique Estates for you? How did you change, what did you learn about yourself?
Unique Estates is an elegant black pencil branded in gold letters. This is how the story between me and the company begins. This pencil had accidentally come across my documents, which I took during my first meeting with a colleague from Unique Estates at the company's headquarters. That was the moment when I felt that we belonged with this place. A strong character flowed from every corner of the office. Consultants came in and out with immaculate clothing and friendly smiles. After a while, as I was sorting through the documents, I discovered the pencil in question — black matte, dark gray graphite, and even black pigment on the wood — such an elegant look embedded in an ordinary pencil. I thought, "This is my place."
Today, 18 months later, I feel more than excellent, surrounded by the best in the industry. There is nothing more motivating for a young professional than being able to work in an extremely competitive environment that helps you make huge strides on the path to your own realization.
What inspires you and how do you maintain your inexhaustible energy and perseverance?
My personal inspiration comes from the high results that I believe everyone aims to achieve, as well as the satisfaction that satisfied customers bring me. Their trust is an inexhaustible source of energy for me and motivates me to work even harder.
