In its development strategy, the company relies on expanding its team and improving the quality of service to its customers. Therefore, new people with experience and skills are joining the administrative team of Unique Estates. Victoria Vretenarova will take on the position of Customer Service Specialist, with direct manager Gergana Yakimova, Customer Service Manager.
For the past five years, Victoria has been working at the mobile operator A1’s customer service center, where she has undergone a number of trainings regarding customer communication via telephone. Her communication skills and ability to deal with stressful situations helped her to be successful in her work. With her experience, Victoria has been promoted from working with individual clients to serving corporate clients. In recent years, she has also been involved in the training and induction of new colleagues in A1.
Victoria is fluent in English and Polish. She holds a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Real Estate Economics from UNWE. That is why she considers her work for Unique Estates an excellent opportunity to develop her career in a field that she likes and excites her a lot.
In her spare time, Victoria loves traveling with her family and being in nature.
