About Region

Iztok is located in the eastern part of Sofia is one of the most prestigious and expensive quarters in the capital!



Tzarigradsko shosse Blvd. and Geo Milev quarter are situated to the north-west. G. M. Dimitrov Blvd. and Musagentitsa quarter are to the south-east. To the south-west the quarter borders the Dianabad housing estate and Izgrev housing estate divided by Dragan Tsankov Blvd. To the north-east – the east end of the Borisovata gradina – the largest and excellently maintained park in the central part of Sofia.



There are many green areas in the quarter as well as spacious grounds between blocks of flats. Most houses are in good condition, this being valid even for old constructions.
