We are happy to note that one of the houses in our luxury portfolio is among the finals for the election of a dream home in the city declared for sale. The property is located in Sozopol and it is the fighting with many popular beautiful properties around the world.
The property rating is made by the US HGTV, which specializes in home and garden programs. It is owned by Discovery and is the third most watched channel in the US, ahead of CNN. Each year his editors make a selection of the most attractive properties available for sale in the world. They rank them in different categories, each with 10 suggestions, from which viewers have to choose a winner. The properties are presented on the site of the TV, where voting takes place. Participants are also included in a prize draw of $ 10,000. This year's race is under way and will end on July 17th.
The Bulgarian House is in the category "Global Homes". It is located in a prestigious gated complex in Sozopol with a charming sea view, close to historical excavations and a prayer temple. A check of "24 hours" showed that this is a property in the complex Sozopolis sold for 1.4 million euros by agency Unique Estates.
