We escape the hectic urban traffic and head for the foot of Vitosha mountain. We are visiting Teodora Bivolarska, a partner at Unique Estates since 2010. She meets us in a gorgeous flower dress and introduces us to her cozy home to tell us more about it and guide us to the places in the world that have touched her lately.
Teodora is a traveler, a curious seeker of hers everywhere on earth. If she changes hes refrigerator to a larger one, it will only be due to the lack of space on it, where she will stick another magnet, marking where she last was. These magnets are like stamped in its international passport. Colored pieces of memories she has brought from different cities, islands, countries that tell interesting stories. Her last trip was in Portugal. A country whose old towns and beaches have captured her. "I was really impressed by the people, the architecture and the authentic atmosphere of this place," says Teodora. She has already mapped out her next destinations on the map. After traveling to Vienna with a team of Unique Estates for the International Symposium of Luxury Portfolio and Leading Real Estates of the World, she plans to visit Singapore and Bali.
She lives in this house for seven years. She has arranged every corner in it by herself, the interior and the colors have changed over time. She likes the spaciousness and light in the dwelling and does not overwhelm it with a lot of furniture and items. The place where she spends most of his time at home is the comfortable couch, where he rests at the end of the working day with a glass of wine and a good book. Her library reveals Teodora's interest in esotericism and self-knowledge. Fine pieces of pink quartz, amethyst and angel stone are placed next to aromatic candles and lanterns in a beautiful tray on the table in the living room. "I like to spend my weekends at home. I'm out of the hectic everyday life and the dynamics of the working week. I'm balancing myself by spending time for myself and my home right then, " she says. She cooks seldom and prefers mostly outdoors, preferring Mediterranean cuisine.
From her favorite places in the city, she chooses most often the cult By the way. There are the food, the people and the atmosphere she likes, and that makes the place her second home.
"I love to move. I'm in the gym, but it gives me the best pleasure to walk. I would like the urban environment to be cleaner and tidy so that the walks on the sidewalks can be a more beautiful experience." When asked if she would live in Sofia, she said that in recent years her native town Varna has become a wonderful place and would happily come back there someday. But her great dream remains a very exotic destination - the enchanting Thai island of Samui.
